Support Coordinator for Fee Earners

We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to fee earners, assisting with tasks such as client correspondence, file maintenance, and data entry. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to fee earners including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with client correspondence, including responding to queries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and financial transactions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000-£28,000 per annum depending on experience.
