Job Title: Compensation Program Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Program Manager to lead our efforts in developing and implementing compensation programs in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, designing compensation structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with business objectives and market trends
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness
  • Design and implement pay equity programs to promote fairness and transparency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless compensation outcomes
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on international compensation
  • Proven experience in project and program management, with a track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently handle large amounts of data
  • Experience working in a multinational technology organization is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Social Science, I/O Psychology, Finance, Computer Science, or another field that uses quantitative analysis
