We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our Fire and Security Systems team in Birmingham. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire and security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair fire and security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance visits to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
  • Respond to calls for maintenance and rectify faults on the first visit where possible.
  • Provide training to customers and colleagues as required.
  • Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within allotted timescales.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience installing and servicing fire and security systems.
  • IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification.
  • Broad technical IT knowledge, including installing Windows Operating Systems and networking.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
