New Business Development Manager Role
As a New Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. This includes building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services, and representing the company's brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's fire and security products within an allocated geographical area, achieving agreed targets.
- Identify and target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire and Security products.
- Attend appointments to sell the company's products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and professional representation.
- Present performance data and ensure accurate documentation is utilised.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, mainly around service contracts.
- A strong network of contacts in the fire and security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving self-motivation and goal-orientation.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Salary and Benefits:
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of £35-42,000, subject to experience, and an estimated on-target earnings of circa £70,000. Additional benefits include a company vehicle or car allowance, Royal London Pension, life assurance, paid holidays, and more.
