Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Partnerships Development Lead to join our team at NFP People. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving the development of new business partnerships across various sectors, including healthcare, wellness, and pharmaceuticals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing partnerships worth £50k+ and possess strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills. They will be able to develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities and work independently as well as part of a team.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to create compelling partnership proposals and leverage public campaigns and networks to grow business relationships. You will also pitch, present, and secure corporate partnerships in targeted sectors, maintain partnership data using CRM tools, and actively network and represent the organisation at industry events.

We offer a competitive salary of circa £52,250 per annum (pro-rata) and a flexible working arrangement that allows you to work from home or remotely within the UK.
