**Job Description:**

Senior Carer - Hertfordshire

We are seeking a Senior Carer to join our team in Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in staff supervision or team management, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Act as a champion for service user dignity, safety, and independence.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support for service users.
  • Oversee care delivery, including medication management and care planning.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • A competitive hourly rate of pay: £18.50-£20.00 per hour.
