Platform Delivery Manager

Prosource is seeking a highly skilled Platform Delivery Manager to lead our dynamic team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and allocating operational and project activities to technical SMEs, ensuring delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement. This role involves managing incidents, requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, as well as engaging and coordinating with third-party vendors and support providers as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and allocation of operational and project activities to technical SMEs
  • Delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement
  • Managing incidents, requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Engaging and coordinating with third-party vendors and support providers as required


Requirements:
  • Service Delivery and Service Management experience, ideally in IT
  • Experience of dealing with third-party vendors and support providers
  • Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, or service management and improvement framework knowledge
