Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in areas such as cytology, wound care, and administration of injections. You will be responsible for providing primary care treatment, preventative care, screening, and education to our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care to the practice population.
- Focus on delivering evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions and providing preventative health care.
- Provide nursing care to practice patients, including primary care treatment, preventative care, screening, and education.
- Support the practice in achieving local and national targets in respect of the PMS contract, QOF, and Enhanced Services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other team members to provide quality nursing care.
- Registered Nurse with sufficient demonstrable experience post qualification.
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
