  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they secure appropriate coverage at competitive premiums.
  • New Business and Renewals: Handle new business inquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in accordance with company terms and conditions.
  • Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Documentation: Prepare and issue accurate renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, and maintain precise records within the Broker Systems.
  • Premium Collection: Ensure timely collection of premiums before the commencement of cover.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in Private Medical insurance.
  • Understanding: Understanding of the insurer markets and proficiency with IT / Broker systems.
  • Skills: Negotiation, broking, and client service skills.
  • Ability: Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle work accurately under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills.
