Teacher Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Teacher Assistant to join our team in Chester, United Kingdom. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged in their work.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to the teaching staff on student progress.
- Support students with their learning, adapting to different classroom environments.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies, upholding high standards of behavior.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of £25 per hour, plus benefits, is available for this role.
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills are required to succeed in this position.
- The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and maintain a positive attitude towards supporting students is crucial.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one is mandatory.
