Job Summary

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a real impact on our business. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: You will set the tone for excellent customer service and high standards of performance across the restaurant. Your leadership skills and experience will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
  • Operational Excellence: You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and managing inventory levels effectively.

What We Offer

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At Least 2 Years' Experience in Hospitality: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring them to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
