We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Allen & Overy-Lavanda Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a team of baristas and ensure the smooth operation of the shift.
- Ensure the highest standard of service and product quality in all areas of the cafe.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Lavanda Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food and beverage management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
