Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Allen & Overy-Lavanda Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, including managing a team of baristas and maintaining high-quality presentation and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring that our product and service are always of the highest standard.
- Manage a team of baristas, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all catering functions, including food preparation and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality experience.
- Ensure all operating standards are followed by all staff, and review and implement improvements as necessary.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and cooperative attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
