Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Allen & Overy—Lavanda Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, including managing a team of baristas and maintaining high-quality presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring that our product and service are always of the highest standard.
  • Manage a team of baristas, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all catering functions, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a high standard of service.
  • Ensure all operating standards are followed by all staff, reviewing and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Lavanda Manager to ensure the effective delivery and efficient service of all areas within the unit.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage, with a focus on customer service and leadership skills.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality presentation.
