Sam's Kitchen in Hammersmith is seeking a skilled Cafe Supervisor to assist our Cafe Managers and work alongside our Front of House team in daily operations.

Sam's Kitchen is an extension of Sam's Riverside, a critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

We require an experienced Cafe Supervisor to help manage daily operations, assist with staff management, and contribute to the overall success of the cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a stable background working in a busy, high-end cafe or restaurant, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Cafe Managers in daily operations
  • Work alongside Front of House team to ensure seamless service
  • Contribute to staff management and training
  • Help maintain high standards of customer service and food quality

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
