About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation through its next phase of growth and development. As a key member of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, we pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing change and delivering high performance within a complex organisation. They will report to the Board and lead the team in delivering outstanding services to our tenants while maintaining and enhancing the financial viability and governance of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction and development of WSHA in line with Board policies and Scottish Housing Regulator requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with the Board and lead the Corporate Management Team in delivering WSHA's objectives and meeting performance targets.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Drive financial sustainability, value for money, and operational excellence.
  • Champion health and safety, risk management, and diversity within the organisation.
About You

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000-£105,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and a generous holiday allowance.
