First Key Holder Room Manager

At Grandir UK, we are looking for an exceptional Room Leader (Baby Room) to join our management team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional leadership and guidance to all staff members, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education, with a strong focus on promoting the welfare of children and young people. You will be responsible for deploying staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.

What You Will Be Doing
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
