About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship for residents, and contributing to their overall well-being. This may include tasks such as helping with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives one-on-one attention.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, we offer a range of benefits including free training and development for all roles, access to wellbeing and support tools, and unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend' bonus scheme.
