Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Morriston Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your clinical experience and training in a rotational post, with opportunities to specialize according to service demands.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, providing specialist advice and expertise to clinicians and nursing staff to ensure the safe, effective, and economic use of medicines. They will also act as a mentor to and participate in the training of diploma, trainee, and other pharmacists within these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including specialist advice and expertise to clinicians and nursing staff.
- Act as a mentor to and participate in the training of diploma, trainee, and other pharmacists.
- Contribute to the ongoing operational provision of the pharmacy service, including participation in weekend, Bank Holiday, and out-of-hours rotas.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support to the dispensary as part of the pharmacist's dispensary rota.
