We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator to step up into a management role with our rapidly expanding care organisation supporting older people in the community.

Job Description:

  • As a Trainee Care Manager, you will join a dynamic team and be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented effectively.
  • You will work closely with our team of experienced care professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor client progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Your key responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring client progress, and communicating with clients and their families.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years' experience working within the care sector.
  2. Understanding of CQC requirements and appreciation of quality care standards.
