The Kent County Council is seeking an organised and proactive Technical Support Officer to work within the East Kent Highway Improvement team. This role represents KCC in the community, delivering excellent customer service to residents of Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineers and project managers by triaging and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Place works notices on site for upcoming consultations and works on the highway.
">

Working Arrangements

">

This is a full-time position on a 37 hours per week contract (Monday-Friday). The successful candidate can utilise hybrid working with a mixture of working from home and the office. The office base will be either the Ashford or Aylesford KCC Depot, which can be agreed with the candidate.
