CLH Benchmark is currently seeking a highly skilled Highway Setting Out Specialist to join our team in the Kent area. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day setting out duties with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking setting out duties on highways and road projects
  • Managing and monitoring site sample / performance testing requirements
  • Maintaining records in line with contract specifications
  • Completing hazard / risk assessments and method statements
  • Providing information for records and claims purposes

The ideal candidate will have extensive setting out experience working on infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and earthworks. They must be capable of working with Leica/Geomax equipment and transferring information from AutoCAD to surveying equipment. A good understanding of ITPs and quality assurance processes is also essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience.
