Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Search. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Support the development of content campaign reports and manage multi-party action targets to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Produce high-quality content for the company website and social media channels, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
  • Analyze key metrics for digital campaigns and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas to the annual planning process and support campaign planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct target audience research and develop relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with general data management, including maintaining client databases and supporting ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Marketing Assistant or a degree in Marketing.
  • Sound understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics.
  • Experience in exhibition organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with ability to learn new systems.
