Key Responsibilities
• Assisting the Marketing and Sales departments with administrative duties, including maintaining records, performing meticulous data entry, and ensuring adherence to data protocols for accurate information management.
• Offering creative assistance to the marketing team by developing presentations and promotional materials for clients and retailers, including a monthly public relations summary.
• Coordinating with external partners to guarantee the timely and precise flow of information regarding critical business aspects such as product availability and updated brand details.
• Overseeing the creation of barcodes and product identifiers while ensuring relevant spreadsheets are consistently updated.
• Conducting thorough checks on product artwork for accuracy.
• Collaborating with both internal and external parties to gather Product Information File (PIF) data, ensuring compliance with registration requirements.
• Aiding in the management of the company website, including content updates and responding to customer inquiries.
• Handling social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with some responsibilities on LinkedIn and the company blog, including the creative photography of products and the development of engaging content.
• Providing temporary support for the Sales Administrator by ensuring that all incoming sales orders are processed efficiently.
Essential Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient digital skills, particularly in MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva for social media content creation.
• Innovative mindset with a readiness to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Understanding of high-resolution imagery and photography for effective presentation use.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the health and beauty or consumer goods sectors.
Knowledge of SEO practices and social media analytics.
