We are a recruitment agency with expertise in matching employers and jobseekers since 1975. We are working with a multi-academy Trust, with schools across Canterbury, Dover, and Folkestone to resource for an experienced HR Systems & Data Officer to join their HR team for a maternity leave contract of 12 months.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the team that shapes the future of our HR operations by establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust, creating user guides, and training.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of HR systems, metrics, and insights and demonstrable experience of HRIS implementations. They will also be a process-driven and analytical individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy who thrives in a delivery-targeted position.

Candidates with experience in the Education sector will be viewed favorably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create systems that improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Develop a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust.
  • Establish efficient workflows and ensure data migration accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of HR systems, metrics, and insights.
  • Demonstrable experience of HRIS implementations.
  • Process-driven and analytical individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: £28,748 - £34,000 per annum.
