We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to clients
  • Supervise contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
  • Assist in prioritizing workloads and assist other engineers/staff with their duties as required
  • Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract
  • Ensure all building fabric elements are functional and operational within design parameters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to join our team. The ideal candidate will have time served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery.

Additional Information:

As a member of our team, you will be expected to carry out various tasks, including but not limited to, equipment maintenance, plant room checks, and fault finding. You will also be responsible for ensuring all reactive calls are closed out in line with contractual time scales.
