We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our committed team in an SEN school in the London Borough.

About the Role
  • Deliver tailored education: design, adapt, and deliver lessons tailored to the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
  • Individualized support: create and implement IEPs, setting realistic targets to support each student's development.
  • Collaboration with support staff: work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's learning and personal development.
  • Continuous professional development: stay informed of best practices and new SEN teaching strategies, participating in relevant training and workshops to enhance your professional skill set.
  • Parental engagement: maintain positive and open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and collaborating on goals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an SEN setting, with a track record of adapting teaching for diverse needs and demonstrating patience, creativity, and empathy.
