About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will have the opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager or Team Leader role.

What You'll Do

In your first month, you will join the Sales Academy and develop your selling techniques with your Sales Manager and Buddy system. You will learn about our product, systems, and sales processes, and will start to speak with business owners and HR professionals to understand how we can assist with their employee assistance programme.

In the next 6 months, you will ramp up to your full target gradually, develop relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners, and prospect potential customers mainly via phone, email, and social media to set up discovery demos.

After 12 months, you will be eligible for promotions and respected pay rises into either a Business Development Manager, Team Leader, or trainer role.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a motivated and ambitious graduate looking to launch your sales career, we'd love to hear from you.
