About the RoleThis challenging role will see you working at the forefront of delivering innovative technology solutions across various projects, enabling the police force to effectively serve and protect the community. As an IT Benefits Realisation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyse, and implement strategic benefits realisation plans, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong understanding of technology trends and innovations. You should be able to think creatively, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and navigate complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify areas for benefits realisation
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits realisation plans, aligned with organisational objectives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and effective change management
- Maintain accurate records of benefits realised, measuring success against set targets
Greater Manchester Police offers a competitive salary package, including:
- £43,141 - £51,402 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Generous pension scheme with 18% employer contributions
- Annual leave entitlement of 24 days, rising to 29 days after 5 years, and 32 days after 10 years of service
