About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Water Engineering Project Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve leading projects from inception to completion, working with clients to deliver high-quality solutions, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead water engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, hydraulic modellers, and environmental consultants, to deliver complex projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff, developing their skills and knowledge to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements
- Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or environmental science.
- Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
- Proven track record of success in water engineering project management, with experience of leading complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of professionals.
- Experience of working with IT systems, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Security clearance to minimum SC level desirable.
- Full UK driving license required.
