CV-Library is a fast-growing job search platform. We're seeking an ambitious Account Development Executive to join our team, based in a competitive location.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in managing customer relationships.

About the Role
The Account Development Executive will be responsible for managing and developing assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all customer enquiries and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement plans to manage and grow customer accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service across all interactions.Manage and maintain accurate customer records, including service history and repair status.Liaise with Supply Chain/Import and Export teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.Upsell additional repair services or maintenance packages to customers.Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
What We Offer
$40,000 - $50,000 per annum depending on experience.
