About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Richmond Adult Community College. As a key member of the College Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the Finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance team and provide strategic financial guidance to the College
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide financial guidance to budget managers
  • Manage payroll and other financial operations
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious leader with a strong financial background and excellent management and administrative skills. You will have comprehensive experience in a finance role, ideally in an education setting, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
