Marketing and Events Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Executive to join our marketing team at Uxbridge Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing content, and coordinating impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
  2. Create, manage, and deliver market-leading content across all digital channels.
  3. Plan and coordinate events, including venue sourcing, invitations, catering, and event attendance.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies for website development, SEO, PPC, design, and PR.
  5. Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights based on KPIs and ROI.
  6. Support internal teams with event attendance and representation at key industry events.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for improving marketing performance.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in social media platforms, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress.
  4. Experience with event planning and design tools like Canva is highly desirable.
