Halmer Recruit is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hampton. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our data optimisation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send driver packs to clients prior to vehicle delivery.
  • Monitor and manage client MOT/Service/vehicle recall and Insurance reminders, and update the vehicle management system accordingly.
  • Produce client-related reports as directed by the Account Manager/Executive.
  • Manage client driver fines administration and update the vehicle management system accordingly.
  • Administer and report on company and client MID.
  • Administer and update customer toll accounts where applicable.
  • Undertake tasks and administration relating to the taxing of vehicles and logging and filing of fleet V5 documents.
  • Prepare and send overseas travel documentation to customers/drivers as required.
  • Produce and action reports to reduce customer queries.
  • Assist with driver licence mandate processing and administration.
  • Assist with driver grey fleet paperwork processing and administration.
  • Process driver removals upon request by the customer.
  • Produce and action weekly driver reports to ensure continued GDPR compliance.
  • Process department post on a daily basis and allocate as appropriate.
  • Answer overflow calls from Reception and AE's, taking messages and assisting where possible.
  • Carry out other general department administrative duties including processing mail (received & sent) when required, and maintaining scanning filing system.
