About the Role:

This Advanced Practice Leader position is a fantastic opportunity to join our Transformation Unit and develop your skills in leadership and management. As an experienced nurse, you will have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in Cardiac surgery, Cardiology, or Critical care.

You will be responsible for developing clinical practice, education, research, and leadership/management across the 4 pillars of advanced practice. This will involve attending university 20% of your working week and 80% clinically in the workplace during term-time.

Salary and Benefits:
