Advanced Practice Learning Disability Nurse

As an Advanced Practice Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing expert care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Working as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will lead on case management, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet individual needs. You will also participate in training and development initiatives, sharing your expertise to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and contributing to the effective provision of services to people with a learning disability, complex needs, and Autism.
- Participating in project and group work to enhance service delivery and meet national and local targets.
- Contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of both professional and service developments.
Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata).
