We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Night Care Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals.
  • Lead the medication round and ensure accurate administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment, although training is provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.
