Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking highly reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Dillington Mews, an autism-specific supported living service. As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support to our tenants, promoting personalised choice and options regarding independent living, wellbeing, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred support to tenants, ensuring their individual care needs are met.
  • Work closely with families and significant others within the person's support circle.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and professional boundaries.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
