**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a starting salary, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:

**Job Description**

As an Executive Culinary Director at Olive Catering Services Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality food and beverages within the allocated budget. This involves:

  • Managing menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering, and stock control
  • Maintaining the smooth running of the contract at all times
  • Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of current food trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with financial management and numerical abilities
  • Possession of City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or similar NVQ qualifications (Food Safety Level 3 desirable)

**Leadership Qualities**

As a team leader, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. You should have a strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and be committed to maintaining high standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
