We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Director to lead our food services team on a full-time basis. As a key member of Defence, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of exceptional dining experiences for Defence clients. This involves preparing and serving high-quality food, managing menu changes, and continuously improving food services.

Job Description

This role is responsible for:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights Defence clients
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to meet evolving client needs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve food services through continuous monitoring and evaluation
  • Listening to customer feedback and using it to inform decisions to consistently improve food services
  • Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts to drive business growth
  • Maintaining a positive brand image by representing Defence in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitoring inventories to ensure kitchens are well-stocked and efficiently managed
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain high standards of hygiene
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Experience supervising a team and leading culinary operations
  • Proven experience in a similar culinary leadership role
  • A valid Food Hygiene certificate
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
Salary & Benefits
