Account Management Lead

As a key member of the PayPoint Group team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Data Assurance Team. This includes organizing tasks, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining alignment across PayPoint's systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead a team of 4 direct reports, providing coaching, monthly 1-2-1's, and annual performance reviews.
- Data Reconciliation: Ensure timely completion of daily reconciliation and syncing tasks across systems.
- Governance and Compliance: Provide governance and ensure compliance with FCA process documentation, including monthly reconciliations.
- Retailer Contract Integrity: Monitor Experian alerts and other identifiers to maintain retailer contractual integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Collate and compile monthly quality assurance reporting in accordance with internal requirements.
- Support and Development: Support internal and external audits, complete quarterly Salesforce testing, and develop tools to improve overall quality assurance.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues and risks, and work well under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to provide feedback in a constructive manner and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
