This is a fantastic opportunity to join Fawkes and Reece as a Senior Site Manager for a high-end traditional build housing project in Cambridgeshire.

The project involves overseeing the construction of 300 units of high-quality traditional build houses, with a strong focus on health and safety standards. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sub-contractors and labourers to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the sub-contractors and labour force to ensure high health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality product across 90 units of traditional build houses.
  • Manage the project timeline and budget to ensure successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large construction projects from groundworks to handover.
  • Experience working on traditional build housing projects.
