Property and Facilities Streetworks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Streetworks Supervisor to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our streetworks services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality streetworks services
- Identify and address technical and process issues, providing logistical support to engineers as needed
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with New Roads Street Works legislation
- Apply knowledge and expertise to achieve best quality, cost, and time objectives
- Undertake normal work duties of an Assets Engineer within your geographic area
- Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Street Works legislation and regulations
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of the Street Furniture & Assets product and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Computer literate, particularly in Excel and Outlook email
- A full manual UK driving licence is required
