At Polypipe Building Services, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. This role will involve selling our entire range of products into the commercial market, with a focus on above ground drainage and water supply systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To deliver expected conversion rates on select projects following a cradle-to-grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team.
  2. Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects, documenting progress and activities on assigned opportunities.
  3. Manage Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews of levels and spend to justify terms.
  4. Complete weekly reporting on the CRM system.
  5. Identify incremental growth opportunities.
  6. Represent and support the business at social and brand awareness events.
  7. Provide site assistance and technical training.
  8. Own the delivery and supply of projects by supporting operational departments.
Requirements
  • An excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace, with a proven track record of working on large-scale commercial projects and experience of presenting to groups.
  • A deep understanding of the project stages and decision-making process in commercial construction.
  • A driving license is essential for this role, as travel will be involved.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
