**Job Description:**

CORE Industrial is a leading provider of industrial equipment related services, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance Manager to join our team. This key position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing maintenance activities, including planning, coordination, and execution. They will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance planning and coordination to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance trades personnel and operations teams to address materials, subcontractors, management of change, or manpower requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze productivity metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive group benefit plan and competitive wages.
