Job Title: Housing Development Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technician to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private and social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for private and social housing projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and materials.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in private and/or social housing projects.
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
