Job Summary

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as an AML / Compliance Analyst. With a strong background in compliance and risk management, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance contracts, managing contractors, and applying housing legislation.

Key Duties
  • Manage maintenance contracts and contractor relationships
  • Apply housing legislation and regulations
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills to understand drawings and specifications

In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £37,707 - £40,523 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours), plus a range of benefits, including 34 days' annual leave and access to learning and development opportunities.
