About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Nursing Residential and Dementia Care Home in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, recruitment, and training.
  • Liaise with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve services, quality, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners.
