About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless production processes, from sample development to final product delivery. You'll analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and quality. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving any technical issues that may arise. As a Junior Technologist, you'll also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers, building a network of trusted partners who share our commitment to excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Collaborating with the Design and Product teams to develop products that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintaining production schedules and ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyzing test reports and inspection documentation from vendors and third parties.
  • Fitting garments with Design teams to ensure samples meet design aesthetic requirements.
  • Updating tech packs with fit comments and amend specs & grades, communicating changes to vendors.
  • Inspecting and measuring garments for fit meetings.
  • Risk assessing products with the Senior Technologist during the development process.
  • Managing approval of shipment samples.
  • Sending out parcels and updating courier trackers.
  • Organizing and managing sample requests from the DC.
  • Conducting regular quality checks and advising Suppliers on quality-related issues.
  • Analyzing customer returns, identifying potential problems, and proposing solutions to the Senior Technologist.
  • Developing relationships with our vendor base.
