About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support staff member to join our team in the Berkshire area. This role involves providing exceptional support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans, Risk Assessments, Personal Care, and Therapy Care programs for a designated group/form.
  • Collaborating with teachers, other support staff, families, and external agencies to provide optimal support.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is £20-£25 per hour based on the job requirements and location. We prioritize safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and meet Safer Recruitment standards.
